Cancellations, Returns & Refund Policy
At Prints Charming, we are committed to delivering beautiful, bespoke pieces that you will treasure. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of ordering; however, if your fingerprint or inkless wipe kit has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee of £20.00 will apply to cover materials and administration. You are welcome to keep the kit for future use.
If your impressions have already been returned to us and your personalised item is in production, we regret that cancellations can no longer be accepted.
Returns Policy
Due to the handcrafted and personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on bespoke items unless the item received is incorrect or faulty. Please ensure all personalisation details are accurate at the time of ordering. Prints Charming cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect spelling, failure to follow impression instructions, or failure to check order confirmations.
In the unlikely event that we have made an error with your order, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will be happy to remake the item for you at no cost. The original item must be returned to us unworn and in its original condition. If the item has been worn, we will be unable to offer a replacement.
Refund Policy
Please note that we are unable to issue refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase and never for personalised items. This policy is in place to ensure the continued viability and sustainability of our small business operations. We kindly ask that any refund requests be made within this 30-day window so we can review and respond accordingly.
