You have the right to cancel your order but please note that if your fingerprint or inkless wipe kit has already been sent there will be a £10.00 cancellation fee, and you may keep the print kit. If your impressions have been returned to me and your order is in process, regretfully you will be unable to cancel your order.
Please note that whilst I am sure that you will be truly delighted with your purchases from Prints Charming, I am unable to accept returns on Bespoke Personalised orders. An exception to this would be if I have not supplied the item you ordered so please make sure you have ordered correctly before contacting me. Prints Charming cannot be held responsible for customers not following instructions correctly when taking impressions, not checking orders or mis-spelling personalised orders.In the unlikely event that I have made an error on your item, you must inform me of this and return the item within one week. I will make a new item for you free of charge. The returned item must be in unworn condition. If you have decided to wear an incorrect item then regretfully I am unable to replace the item for you.
